Project Scope

Renovation
Located in the Memorial Union building, Rycon renovated this food court with eateries consisting of Walk-On’s Sports, East End Grill, Fresh Fare, Latin Inspired, Sol Toro Mexican, Italianette, Sushi Boss, Urbanbelly, Tikkawalla, Main Street Poke, Starbucks, and a c-store.
MEP Upgrades
In addition to fitting-out all venues, the work included MEP systems, new lighting, ceilings, tile, and epoxy flooring.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA manufactured and shipped custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and wood bar tops.
