From Rycon’s humble beginnings in 1989, an office of three people has grown to 470 office and field employees. The company has evolved from a small interior contractor, started by Todd Dominick and Bill Taylor, to a national firm that completes over $500 million annually across six offices and multiple market sectors.

Oversees Rycon’s safety/risk program, self-performed labor options, field operations, and Building Group which handles projects up to $200 million mixed-use developments.
Stephen D. Kosmer
Executive Vice President, Pittsburgh
Oversees the business development/marketing department, the Casework & Millwork Division, and the Special Projects Group which handles fast-track, interior renovations under $5 million.
Kevin P. Crough
Sr. Vice President of Preconstruction
Responsible for overseeing the budgeting and estimating of all Building Group projects up to $200 million mixed-use developments.
James V. Celmo
Vice President of Field Operations
Responsible for supervising superintendents, field staff, and warehouse operations.
