Orr’s Jewelers Strip District

Project Scope

Fit-Out
Rycon completed the fit-out of a vacant shell space on the first floor at an existing historic Strip District building.
Mezzanine
The scope included a new 1,700 sf mezzanine office level. Work involved demo, structural steel, concrete, casework, ceilings, storefront glazing, specialty finishes, and MEP upgrades.
Historic
A unique aspect of the project was preserving the existing 2x12 laminated wood floor by overlaying it with plywood and concrete leveling due to historical considerations.
