Project Scope

Fit-Outs
These projects involved fit-outs of luxury condominiums within the Three PNC Plaza high-rise.
Custom Residences
Each custom residence was designed and constructed to reflect Owner preferences. The homes range in size from 1,200 sf to a 12,800 sf penthouse and include distinctive spaces such as entertainment areas and a private library. Work included the installation of radiant heat panels, along with a lobby fit-out.
Penthouse
The 12,800 sf penthouse includes seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It features an apartment-sized closet and a refined primary suite designed with exceptional attention to detail.
