Occupied Mall
This project consisted of a retail tenant fit-out on the first floor of an occupied Ross Park Mall.
Renovation
The scope of work included selective demolition, construction of non-structural partitions, ceilings, finishes, furniture/equipment, and associated MEP improvements.
Repeat Client
Rycon completed two projects for Tecovas in PA and OH.
