Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new single-story structure was constructed with concrete footings, a concrete slab, and precast concrete wall panels, with rammed aggregate piers used for ground improvements.
Last-Mile Facility
The last-mile warehouse features a drive-through van loading canopy, support offices, break room, and training room. The warehouse has eight (8) loading dock doors, three (3) high-speed fabric doors, and three (3) overhead coiling doors.
Site Work
Site work on the 15-acre plot included two large parking lots, (3) separate entrances for staff, delivery vans, and delivery trucks.
