This project consists of an industrial warehouse shell situated on 7.5 acres at a strategic location where major transportation routes intersect.
Project Scope
Tilt-Up
The tilt-up building features a 36’ clear height with 54’x50’ column spacing. Loading capabilities include (40) 9’x10’ dock doors, (2) 12’x14’ drive-in doors, and (2) 20’x18’ oversized dock doors.
Site Work
Associated site development included grading, stormwater management, irrigation, hardscaping, and landscaping as well as parking for 173 cars and 41 trailer spots.
