The University of Akron’s Campus Housing Revitalization project will transform the student living experience across campus.

The initiative includes the modernization of six residence halls totaling 2,552 beds, featuring upgraded living environments, improved building systems, and new student-focused amenities designed to enhance campus life for years to come.

As construction manager, Rycon is proud to support The University of Akron in bringing this vision to life.
