Interior of a jewelry store featuring glass display cases, orange chairs, a decorative coffered wooden ceiling, and a large backlit green stone feature wall.

Rycon recently completed a 10,200 sf fit‑out for Orr’s Jewelers within a historic Strip District building in Pittsburgh, PA.

The scope included a 1,700 sf mezzanine office level and comprehensive interior upgrades, including structural, architectural, and MEP work, all completed within an occupied building.

Preserving the existing 2×12 laminated wood floor was a critical component of the project, with plywood and concrete leveling used to support modern performance while respecting the building’s historic fabric.

Rycon is proud to continue its long‑standing partnership with McCaffery.
