Executive Vice President, Philadelphia Division
Provides executive oversight of business development, preconstruction, and construction management services for the region and is responsible for the general management of the Philadelphia office.

Leads all preconstruction efforts for the Philadelphia office.
Vice President, Philadelphia Division
Involved in operational oversight including project management and preconstruction services. Responsible for all field operations of the Philadelphia office.
Director of Business Development
Oversees interior construction projects through all phases of design, permitting, and construction. Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Spring Garden College and 35 years’ experience. Dan started his career as an estimator, transitioned to project manager, and worked up to director of interiors.
Assists the estimating team with project budgeting, pricing, and works to establish lasting relationships with subcontractors and Owners alike. Bachelor’s degree in architectural studies from Hobart College and post-baccalaureate certificate for construction management from Louisiana State University.
