A 6,200 sf locker room renovation at the University of Pennsylvania’s historic Franklin Field was completed earlier this year in Philadelphia, PA.

Delivered on a compressed 16-week schedule, the project converted a former men’s track locker room into a new women’s lacrosse suite while upgrading the existing men’s facilities. Scope included full demolition and reconstruction, new MEP systems, layout reconfigurations, ADA upgrades, and AV integration.

Serving as general contractor, Rycon led coordination within an active campus and a facility with limited as-built documentation, delivering two modern locker room environments that support team operations and daily use.
