Rycon completed a 33,000 sf ground-up distribution center for IMECA Lumber & Hardware in Houston, TX.

The facility was constructed using a tilt-up concrete panel system with a steel and bar joist structure. The layout includes 28,000 sf of high-pile warehouse space and a 5,000 sf mezzanine for retail storage, along with multiple loading areas to support distribution operations. Site work included reconfiguration to accommodate a new truck drive and installation of an underground stormwater system.
