Project Scope

Renovation
Two locker rooms were renovated at Franklin Field Stadium. One space previously served as the men’s lacrosse locker room, while the other, formerly used by men’s track, was repurposed as the women’s lacrosse locker room.
MEP Upgrades
Work included new MEP systems, updated finishes, layout reconfigurations, ADA upgrades, and new AV.
Safety Performance
Safety achieved 21,500+ labor hours with a 0.00 TRIR and no lost-time incidents, supported by 120+ safety meetings.
