Project Scope

Renovation
Two separate areas on the second floor of the main building were renovated including a 2,700 sf vision care lab and 3,500 sf east wing classrooms.
HVAC Upgrades
The scope of work involved selective demolition, installation of new partitions and aluminum storefront, updated flooring and finishes, a new rooftop unit, and upgrades to the fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Added Scope
During construction, Rycon was additionally tasked with painting a campus bus garage and horse barn, which tightened the project schedule.
