Rycon has completed a multi‑floor renovation at Temple University Hospital, creating a new 104,000 sf Women’s Health Center that supports fetal medicine, breast health, surgery, labor and delivery, NICU care, and postpartum services. Portions of the first and fifth floors remained occupied throughout construction, including active surgical areas, requiring careful planning and coordination.
The work combined full renovation and targeted retrofit areas with refreshed finishes, upgraded MEP systems, and broader infrastructure improvements, along with a new entrance, exterior canopy, and associated site work.
