Project Scope

Occupied High-Rise
This renovation consolidated two separate offices on the 9th and partial 10th floors of an occupied high-rise.
MEP Upgrades
Work included demo, new casework, finishes, demountable partitions, and upgrades to MEPF systems, including A/V, security, and sound masking. The space features reception, lounge, resource library, huddle and conference rooms, privacy rooms, and private offices.
Value Engineering
Rycon collaborated with Stantec and trade partners on post-award value engineering to align the scope with the budget.
