Occupied High-Rise
Located on the 10th floor, this project required coordination, noise control, and scheduling to minimize disruption.
Project Scope
Interior Fit-Out
The interior fit-out transformed the full-floor white box into a sophisticated office featuring workstations, reception, conference rooms, a café/staff dining area, elevator lobby, support space, copy rooms, storage, and collaborative areas.
Precon Services
Rycon led preconstruction planning and coordination, including evaluation of the existing HVAC systems above the ceiling. Select ceiling tiles were removed, salvaged, and reused.
