Project Scope

Fit-Out
This project consisted of an indoor golf facility fit-out.
Infrastructure
Work included selective demolition, framing, ceiling netting, soft carpet tiles, casework, finishes, HVAC rework, and MEP upgrades.
Golf Bays
The single-story space includes (3) golf bays, 10’x16’ putting green, lounge, meeting room, ADA restroom, and utility closet.
