A vacant standalone building was converted into a new cannabis dispensary.
MEP Upgrades
The work included selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, and MEP upgrades. Exterior work included the removal of existing windows and repainting the facade.
Retail Sales
The space holds a security entry vestibule, receiving room, support areas, and sales floor.
