Project Scope

Design-Build
Rycon was the design-builder on this new three-story climate-controlled self-storage facility. Featuring 880 lockers, scope items included site work, elevators, landscaping, fencing, masonry, overhead doors, windows, EIFS/stucco, stained concrete flooring, louvered metal canopies, fire sprinklers, plumbing, and MEP systems.
Tilt-Up
The structure is comprised of a first-story concrete tilt-up with structural steel and cold form load bearing wall framing.
PEMB U-Box
Work included a separate one-story 9,400 sf pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) U-Box warehouse.
