Project Scope

Tilt-Up
This new three-story storage facility features 741 lockers and is constructed with a first-floor concrete tilt-wall system combined with structural steel and cold-formed load-bearing wall framing.
Climate-Controlled
The building is climate-controlled and includes masonry, millwork, rough carpentry, waterproofing, overhead doors, windows, EIFS/stucco, stained concrete flooring, louvered metal canopies, and complete MEP systems.
Site Work
Site work encompassed grading, utilities, installation of extensive underground detention systems, landscaping, fencing, and parking lot.
