Rycon was the design-builder for this ground-up warehouse used to store portable moving containers. Hill Foley Rossi was hired as the architect.

The structure is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with overhead doors, storefront, exterior finishes, and MEPs.
Site Work
The scope consisted of full site development, including landscaping and hardscapes, erection of the new warehouse, and loading dock equipment.
