Project Scope

Phased & Occupied
The majority of this mission-critical shop was renovated in phases to allow for occupancy during construction. Spaces included training rooms, warehouse, garage, locker rooms, fitness area, offices, storage spaces, and break room.
MEP Upgrades
Work included new walls, doors, windows, and finishes. MEP improvements consisted of a new 150-gallon underground oil interceptor, fire water service extension, RTU, fume extraction ductwork/fume sensors in the garage bay, and fire alarm.
Vehicle Wash
A new exterior vehicle wash area was also constructed.
