Adaptive Reuse
This adaptive reuse project transformed a long-vacant former bank into a vibrant entertainment facility. Work included demo, MEP systems, restrooms, vault infill, finishes, and coordination of A/V and kitchen equipment.
Project Scope
Golf Simulators
The space includes two patios, a bar, and five simulator bays with custom millwork, concealed wiring, and precise projector alignment. Flooring combines foam tiles, turf, and hitting mats.
Occupied High-Rise
Coordinating work in an occupied high-rise with curbside-only delivery required off-hour scheduling and early deliveries.
