Project Scope

Renovation
This renovation of an existing retail dining venue introduced new food concepts including Halal Shack, a coffee shop, Main Streatery, and a ghost kitchen. The existing Chick-fil-A was also relocated to a larger, more functional footprint.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope included selective demolition, concrete patching and repair, installation of exhaust ducts, new partitions, MEP system upgrades, sprinkler modifications, back-of-house improvements, new food service equipment, updated finishes, lighting enhancements, and mechanical hoods.
Fast-Track Schedule
All work was completed on an aggressive schedule during the summer recess.
