Project Scope

Wood Frame
This new one-story food stand features a 1,300 sf kitchen, 200 sf bar, and outdoor patio. The wood-frame building includes concrete footings and slab, Hardie plank siding, and structural supports for a ventilation hood, rooftop units, overhead doors, and patio bar canopy.
Kitchen & BOH
Interior work included installing food service equipment and mechanical systems with kitchen exhaust hoods. Spaces include a sales area, walk-in cooler, beer cooler, storage, receiving area, toilet room, and kitchen.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated solid surface window details, laminate sales stations, and a patio bar showcasing acrylic displays and solid surface finishes.
