Project Scope

Renovation
This 39,000 sf two-floor renovation included a modernized elevator, upgraded electrical and HVAC systems, and new security system. Exterior upgrades included masonry repairs, new windows, foundation drainage system, and waterproofing. The refreshed library features meeting space, caterer’s kitchen, book and media stacks, reading areas, offices, and boardroom.
Addition
Work included a 5,000 sf second-floor addition over the parking lot featuring EIFS, aluminum-framed windows, and EPDM roof.
Site Work
Site work covered stormwater management, utilities, grading, road construction, driveways, parking lot, and sidewalks.
