Project Scope

Ground-Up
This structural delegated design project features a new three-story storage facility built with structural steel and cold-formed load-bearing walls. The facade includes brick, split-face masonry, EIFS, aluminum storefront, and TPO roofing.
Climate-Controlled
The structure holds 283 climate-controlled units with a ranging from 4x4 to 10x30. Interior and finishes are comprised of sealed concrete, carpet, aluminum diamond plating, and paint.
Site Work
Site work included concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, bollards, and paving.
