Project Scope
Cold Storage
The cold storage warehouse has 20,000 sf of office space and 87,000 sf of cooler/freezer space for food distribution.
Tilt-Up
Constructed with a hybrid of concrete tilt-up panels and structural steel, the building features cross-docking with inbound and outbound dock doors. Additional scope included a gas management system beneath the slab, 36-foot clear height, ESFR fire protection, fire pump, and full site and utility prep.
