Project Scope

Fit-Out
This fit-out created a high-end nail spa featuring an 11-chair manicure area, 12-chair pedicure area, a six-chair drying station, reception, wax room, restrooms, and break room. Sink stations incorporate steel-lined cabinetry, corrugated metal panels, 6’ x 18” mirrors, laminate, porcelain tile, and quartz.
Self-Perform
The team self-performed concrete work, metal panels, casework, rough carpentry, doors, drywall, bathroom accessories, and installation of owner-furnished equipment.
Historic
Coordination with the design team and building owner ensured all construction complied with the building’s historic designation requirements.
