Envy Nail Spa – The Terminal

Rycon was selected to build-out this 1,900 sq. ft. high-end nail spa within the newly repurposed historic Strip District Terminal. The nail salon holds a large 11-chair 728 sq. ft. manicure area, 584 sq. ft. 12-chair pedicure area, a six-chair drying area, reception area, wax room, restrooms, and an employee break room. The sink stations consist of a variety of finishes including steel-lined cabinetry, corrugated metal panels, 6’ x 18” mirrors, laminate, porcelain tile, and quartz.

Rycon self-performed concrete, metal panels, casework, rough carpentry, doors, drywall, bathroom accessories, and installation of owner-furnished equipment.
