Rycon and Ware Malcomb were the design-builders for the tenant improvement of 501,000 sq. ft. FedEx package distribution facility. The scope included shell modifications with MEP upgrades inclusive of fire alarm upgrade, CO2 detection and abatement system, electrical service upgrade for material handling unit (MHU) requirements, and service for new offices. The space holds packaging and sorting conveyor lines, 74 dock doors, four (4) overhead drive-in doors, and support/management offices.
