Project Scope

Ground-Up
These new multi-story 100,000 avg sf storage facilities are constructed from a variety of methods including tilt-wall panels, CIP concrete, and cold-formed metal with slab-on-deck. Showrooms, self-storage lockers, warehouse space, load/unload area, and lockers of various sizes makeup the interiors of the climate-controlled facilities.
PEMB U-Box
Most of the projects included separate pre-engineered metal U-box warehouses for future expansion and box storage.
Renovations
Several projects were completed at existing sites, including canopy additions, building repairs, parking lot improvements, and stair replacements.
