Project Scope

Renovation
This renovation transformed an existing facility into a community resource center. Rycon led the interior renovations and exterior overhaul.
Phased
The work was completed in three phases, with the 30,000 sf exterior playground finished in the final stage.
Elementary Program
The facility supports an elementary-aged student program with academic and wellness resources including a laundry room, food pantry, shower, indoor play area, and meeting space. Outdoors, a turf field and playground promote active lifestyles.
