Lorain City Schools Daniel Stadium Upgrades

Project Scope

Renovation
Originally constructed in 1928, this renovation included upgrades to men’s and women’s restrooms, expansion of the home locker room, new storage areas, and ADA improvements to the bleachers and restrooms.
Ground-Up
The project also featured a new ground-up concession stand and a paved visitors parking area, along with concrete crack repairs and tuckpointing throughout the home stand structure.
ADA Upgrades
Bleacher access enhancements included two new ADA ramps and three sets of stairs. Three rows of lower bleacher seats were removed to install a new metal platform walkway across the home stands, and the visitor stands received an ADA ramp.
