Project Scope

Design-Build
Rycon was the design-builder on a new award-winning multi-family development.
Multi-Building
A total of 300-units are spread throughout four (4) four-story wood-framed buildings as well as subsurface parking with 25 single vehicle garages. Amenities include a fitness center with yoga studio, heated saltwater pool, clubroom, and a business center with a cyber cafe.
Pedestrian Bridge
The scope also included the installation of an open air pedestrian bridge connecting one of the Ashby buildings to a public transit parking garage. Work included directional drilled storm piping under the PAT light rail line.
