Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new urban six-story, 96-unit hotel features a modern exterior clad primarily in metal panels. Inside, a sleek design is highlighted by glass stair guardrails that offer an open view of the lobby below.
Amenities
Amenities include an indoor pool, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a cafe, and a 44,000 sf parking lot for 124 vehicles. A sixth-floor patio offers views of the downtown skyline.
Craftworks USA
Custom architectural millwork in the common areas was fabricated by Rycon’s Craftworks USA.
