Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new LEED Gold apartment includes 175 units arranged in a U-shaped layout around a courtyard. Built in a tight urban setting, the project achieved WELL Health-Safety rating.
Wood Frame
The wood-framed structure features exterior finishes including brick veneer, cast stone, and a mix of metal siding.
Amenities
Five levels of luxury apartments were built above a 153-space, two-level below grade parking garage. Amenities include a fitness center, club room, lounge, and pet wash.
