Delivered Solutions
Despite budget constraints, Rycon worked closely with the Owner and architect to introduce material substitutions that reduced costs. On the tight urban site, the team used sheeting, shoring, and a Redi-Rock retaining wall to maximize space. Late changes to washer/dryer sizes led to reconfiguring laundry space after 70% of rough-in, but by stacking trades and limiting overtime to critical path work, Rycon delivered on time.
