Project Scope

Wood Frame
This new wood-framed luxury apartment complex holds a 72,000 sf parking garage. Prefabricated wall sections were utilized to assist with expedited deliveries while maintaining dimensional tolerances, consistency, and quality control.
Amenities
Amenities in the 300-unit building include a pet wash, courtyard with a heated saltwater pool, club room/bar, fire pit, riverfront trail access, and a fitness center.
LEED Gold
LEED Gold and WELL Health-Safety ratings were achieved by diverting 90% of construction waste, using 25% regional and 12% recycled materials. A 95.4 kW solar array powers all common areas, with a lobby display showing real-time energy output and savings.
