Project Scope

Wood Frame
This new six-story wood-framed upscale apartment features a concrete secant pile system as the perimeter foundation wall, supporting the structure while retaining surrounding earth and water pressures.
Parking Garage
The complex includes 215 units and two levels of precast concrete below-grade parking. Rycon navigated a tight urban site with limited laydown space.
Amenities
Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, clubhouse with fireplace and kitchen, fitness center, and courtyard.
