Project Scope

Expansion
This four-story expansion features structural steel framing with concrete slab, cold-formed metal wall and roof framing, fiber cement siding, asphalt shingles, and TPO roofing.
24 Units
This resident-focused senior living facility includes 24 units, along with expanded kitchen and first-floor dining areas.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope also included interior renovations to the existing kitchen, featuring upgrades to food service equipment.
