Project Scope

Research Lab Renovation
Rycon provided CM services for an 8-room genomics lab featuring fume hoods, exhaust fans, casework, and finishes. HVAC upgrades ensured proper airflow.
Active Operations
The existing AHU was upgraded along with up-sized ductwork above a 24/7 active lab and occupied doctor’s offices. Day/ night/weekend shifts ensured uninterrupted lab operations during construction.
Phased Fast-Track Schedule
The work was completed using an aggressive multi-phased fast-track schedule. ICRA III containment was utilized.
