West Mifflin Outpatient Center

Project Scope

Adaptive Reuse
This adaptive reuse project consisted of the conversion of a former retail store into a new outpatient surgery center.
Roof Replacement
The roof was replaced, and the rear and side block walls were painted. The entrance was expanded with a new vestibule and canopy. A structurally glazed curtainwall and colored metal panels were added to the exterior, mounted on steel framing.
Imaging
The facility offers outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging, and specialty care with four (4) operating rooms, imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI), women’s services, and children’s express care.
