Project Scope

Phased Renovation
Rycon served as CM at-Risk and managed general trades for this four-phase project, replacing 325 steel windows. Work was completed under ICRA Level III and IV containment, including demolition, daily cleanup, and drywall patching.
Occupied Hospital
Rycon closely coordinated with hospital staff to ensure access to all areas, including patient care and public spaces. Each phase was planned weeks ahead, with daily communication, risk mitigation, and ongoing safety audits.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated the window sills.
