Project Scope

Addition
This project consisted of a 4,500 sf addition to the existing high school carpentry lab and auto tech lab to hold a tool crib area, paint booth, mix lab, and air compressor space. The new structure is comprised of structural steel, masonry, metal panels, and stone panels.
Renovation
Other work included a 6,000 sf renovation of the existing auto collision lab and related classrooms.
MEP Upgrades
Interior renovations included MEP upgrades and a new main entrance to the labs with ADA accessibility.
