Project Scope

Ground-Up
This project consists of a free-standing, one-story building with an attached two-lane ATM drive-up. The structure is made up of concrete footings and slab, CMU, structural steel, fiber cement siding, brick veneer, aluminum storefront system, canopies, window film, MEP systems, and TPO roof.
Bank Interiors
Interior work included metal framing and drywall, painting, flooring, doors and frames, millwork, and decorative beams. The bank features a vestibule, waiting area, eight (8) offices, conference room, four-station teller line, work room, lounge, restrooms, and janitor’s closet.
Site Work
Site work included grading, asphalt paving, concrete, monumental signage, and landscaping.
