Project Scope

Addition & Renovation
This renovation and expansion accommodates 4th and 5th grade students with a three-story addition featuring classrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, and gym. The scope included renovations to the existing pool, gym, and outdoor playground.
Athletic Facilities
The project featured a second addition dedicated to athletics, including an indoor turf field and a new weight room.
Phased
The six-phase project began with selective demo and safe construction pathways, followed by an athletic addition, school addition, and conversion of the weight room to a mechanical room. Subsequent phases included MEP upgrades, interior renovations, and final site work with a retention tank.
