Project Scope

Ground-Up
This ground-up, six-story 136-unit extended stay hotel was designed to achieve LEED Certification.
Parking Garage
Post-tension slab as well as an exterior panelized system were both innovative techniques used for the structure. The project also included a 60-space street-level garage with designated bike parking.
Amenities
Amenities include an indoor pool, bar/kitchen area, fitness center, and large outdoor terrace.
