Project Scope

Multi-Building
This new five-story Class A residential complex consists of two C-shaped buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge.
Wood Frame
Residents of the wood-framed 319-unit luxury apartments can enjoy a club room, game room, fitness center, e-lounge, three courtyards, outdoor pool, and recreational common areas.
Podium Garage
The scope of work also included a 335-space indoor podium garage as well as land remediation which consisted of exporting 35,000 cubic yards of regulated Act 2 soil.
