Rycon successfully completed a luxury townhome development following the termination of the original general contractor.
Project Scope
Wood Frame
The project involved finishing four wood-framed buildings holding 24 townhomes. Rycon was challenged with taking over responsibility when the buildings were in varying stages of completion, some as little as 20% and others up to 85% finished. Each unit has its own private rooftop terrace.
Phased Turnover
To expedite occupancy, Rycon delivered the homes in phased turnovers.
